I’m a computational biology grad student at the University of Toronto. I‘m broadly interested in integrating genomic datasets (3D genome, epigenetics, transcriptomics) to understand cancer and its molecular subtypes better.
I like learning rigorous statistics and analyzing genomic datasets with diligence. I also love learning new things and trying new sports.
